I expect them to be honest. Do you really think the one voter who voted no on Derek Jeter for the Hall of Fame REALLY believes Jeter isn’t a first ballot Hall of Famer? No he doesn’t. It’s ridiculous to even suggest it. It’s fucking stupid, like I...

What do you expect from writers? Not players, or managers, or GMs/Owners. Just random writers, who have nothing to do with the sport and were "grandfathered in", deciding who gets in and who doesn't.

Im with ya hugh. I think Clemons and Bonds are pooched. Next guy I want in from the list of older ballot guys is Rolen. Always hated Schilling. Lots of guys have a fairly good claim still and there really aren't any new guys on the ballot next year.

After Mariano Rivera got 100% votes I thought the voters were done with that stupid tradition of “Nobody gets 100%. If Babe Ruth wasn’t 100% then nobody ever will be!” Which is archaic and dumb as fuck but fine. So one or two assholes would hold...

Gonna be one heck of a game. Home Chiefs win but I'm ok if San Fran does. Packers were frauds all season and it finally showed.

Knew we were paving the Niners a road to the Super Bowl when we fucked that game up. Seattle is the only team in the NFC who had a chance against them. Still think it could be a great Super Bowl. Go Chiefs!!:)

He has a face-up game and a post-up game. His problem (and I think it would be a problem on most teams) is lack of an outside shot on this particular team. When fully healthy this season, Philly's starters have been Embiid, Horford, Harris,...

Yes but the problem isn't shooting 3s, it's not shooting from any distance. No faceup game, no post up game, no midrange game. Too easy to gameplan.

Because without a jump-shot, he can't execute one of the most simple and commonly-ran plays in the NBA - the pick-and-roll. Also because their best player is a center and he gets doubled every time he catches the ball deep because his point guard...

Seems like the GSW thing is on hold till next year. I don't think Simmons will ever be capable of shooting 3s, not sure why he even needs to. Dude needs to stop playing like a pussy and drive it to the hoop like the freak of nature that he is.

Don't forget Kam Chancellor and Megatron. Also you mentioned he's healthy. I think part of the reason he retired is because he ISN'T healthy. He missed something like 10 games in '15-'17 because of concussions. Gotta assume they've taken a toll...
