There have only been 16 games. 154,283 people on ESPN still have a perfect bracket.

I know there are at least 17 million, because one of my randomly filled brackets is ranked that high, and that's still with 9 out of 16 correct picks. So I'd guess north of 20 million brackets, but I bet a lot of them are randomly filled. ESPN let you fill out 25 this year, so after I did my two real brackets I auto-filled about 10 more just to have more entries in case one of them gets lucky enough to win.
