    Actually that's genius. Anyone with any sense in business knows Facebook is a powerful source for marketing...let alone games. I can't tell you how many Farmville requests I used to get lol. Sounds like you've thought this through but don't want to invest the time?

    I think you are massively underrating how much time it takes. You could try and do it. I tried for like 7 months.

    Oh no not at all. I've got nothing but respect for you trying and that is what daunts me is it seems like this is really complex. How about this. What if theoretically a developer wanted to pick up the game. What would your estimate be to get it going like you said rebuilt in Unity to go on Facebook? Are we talking like a team of 3 guys for $200,000 in a years worth of work or realistically what kinda financing and team would be needed to pull it off? The reason I'm asking is at some point whether its myself or some other die hard tao fan may come across a great deal of money and say what the hell. And in fact if marketing correctly on FB it could still become a revenue maker with some tweaks to the graphics and game play to bring it into a more modern day feel.

    TAO would cost $0 to bring back. Unity is free. I have the flash file that whoever wanted to spend the time could decompile. Then Facebook build from Unity upload to Facebook.

    What takes the time is putting all the pictures together to make sprites. One unit is a couple hundred pictures. Once you put all the images together and have the code written (from scratch since AS converters are trash) you probably want it written in C#. Export as a WebGL for Facebook.

    I've tried and what gets me is the most basic shit that you wouldn't think is hard. Like making a clone, the TAO Board is tilted. I cant figure out how to make a grid that matches the tilt.

    I thought I was missing something while on Unity. So you can't change the angle outside of the X, Y or Z?

    Ok thx. I kinda figured but wasn't 100% sure so I started 2 different projects to see which gave the better angle. I'm having an issue trying to save the frames from that swf so I can decompile? Menu doesn't give me an option to save on mac os sierra w/ firefox?

    (right click on the link and save it to your desktop and decompile from there

    im not sure not knowing how to save the link is a good sign of things to come

    I posted the direct link to the swf
    just go there: http://taoforums.com/forum-main/play...060612055b.swf

    then save page as which on your browser is the three lines menu thing on the far right, then save page. If it doesn't already know then the format type is .swf
