    Gabbert looked pretty good too. I didn't get a chance to watch him much last year but I can see why he won the job.
    Well it is A LOT easier when a team is one dimensional but yeah.

    Both QBs in that game sucked shit. Well, Keenum was worse, by a lot, but Gabbert was still not very good. If he ever puts up big numbers I'd be shocked.

    Gabbert's main problem has been happy feet/not trusting his blockers and a shitty arm and decision making. Basically a very minus version of Alex Smith.

    Gabbert didn't suck shit. He didn't light the world on fire, but he didn't suck. He escaped pressure very well, ran for some key first downs and made some good throws when it mattered. He also didn't turn it over and didn't take a single sack. He was decent.

    Yeah minus version of Alex. I'll be interested to see if he can keep it up for a full season (though honestly I probably won't watch many more Niners games).
