Browns fired their coach and I am pleased.
It’s like their 7th coach in a decade. Soon to be 8th.
Why can't I be the next Browns coach? It can't get any worse.
hilarious they fired the GM like its a talented team just hire a damned coach
What a great opening drive from the Bills. Josh Allen is pretty awesome.
Who would have thought the Titans would bench their franchise QB for Ryan Tannehill and beat the Patriots in the playoffs the same year? Amazing.
Bills </3
I feel like there were a lot of bad decisions made in that game by both teams. Sloppy coaching and some genuine panic from players. Even the decision to attempt the game winning FG on 1st down at the end was dicey. Turned out ok but we’ve seen so much bad happen with chip shot FGs and extra points this year. So many fuckups.
But Watson’s big escape and conversion at the end was one of the plays of the season. He’s one of those QBs you can do everything right against, and the Bills did most of the day, and he can still kill you with that offscript brilliance. There aren’t many who can.
I dunno if you guys knwo this but Derrick Henry is the all time high school varsity rusher and if you haven't seen his stats they are hilarious. Just imagine that guy (but slightly smaller) bowling over the Patriots yesterday doing it against HS kids.
Freshman year: 313 Carries - 2465 Yards - 7.9 YPA - 26 TD
Sophmore year: 313 Carries - 2788 Yards - 8.9 YPA - 38 TD
Junior year: 309 Carries - 2610 Yards - 8.4 YPA - 34 TD
Senior year ( when he was 6'3 240 lol): 462 carries - 4261 Yards - 9.2 YPA - 55 TDs
This is his senior year lol

I didn’t know that, Hulky. That’s hilarious.
That's amazing lmao
All these games have been close and good so far
I’m glad for the Vikings. Cousins came huge at the end. What a game.
Playoffs have been awesome so far.
The MArshawn TD was sick, and then Metcalfs bomb. I'd like Ertz to get another SB but with the injuries this year they are kinda fucked regardless. Go Seahawks.
Ravens, Chiefs, 49ers, Seahawks, Vikings are the teams I wouldn't mind in the SB. Please no Packers v. Titans or something equally meh.
Go Hawks!
Breakout game for DK Metcalf. Sucks Wentz got hurt again but I’ve been saying it for a couple of years. He’s not going to last in the NFL. He’s just not durable.
Great weekend of games other than the seattle win. Boo.
When Pats lost I almost passed out with joy.
Also fuck the saints. lol they lose.
I also can’t believe they didn’t flag Clowney for the hit on Wentz. Not only was it helmet to helmet but Wentz was already on the ground. Only thing I can think is no ref saw the hit clearly, amazing as it sounds. They always call that.
I saw 2 Eagles jump offsides on defense so clearly that you could see it from the cheap seats and apparently the line judge, who’s job is to fucking stare at the line of scrimmage, missed it. NFL refs continue to be trash across the board.
They kept talking about the “90 years of collective experience” or whatever the crew had and none of them can tell their ass from a hole in the ground.
I like this post much better. I thought the last one was defending the Wentz hit.
The cunt refs explanation was that it was "incidental contact", which you can see clearly from any replay that it was contact with the intent to injury. AKA targeting.
Surprised the refs got out of there alive. That being said, it was the 93rd injury of the season, we were barely hanging on. I honestly didn't feel like holding my breath the entire playoffs again, shit is stressful.
Let em rest
Seattle is a good team, usually always are. I was extremely annoyed with Lynch scored that touchdown, old ass bitch. And the 4th string defense couldn't tackle. Just frustrating all around.
Sorry, Butch. I wasn’t trying to justify the hit. It’s weird because I haven’t seen anything like that from Clowney before, and I haven’t heard he had a rep of dirty play from Houston, so I can’t really explain something that looked so blatant from him. But we all saw it, so it is what it is.
I have a funny feeling that Seattle makes the SB. That would be awful.
Keep the hate coming, TC.
Lol giants
Bdog how do you feel about your new coach?
But yes...lol Giants.
only good hire so far looks like the Skins tbh
Don’t know what’s to hate about the Joe Judge hire? Because he’s been on the Patriots staff for 8 years?
Yeah they don’t know anything about winning over there...
It’s better than hiring someone like Garrett who already proved he can’t win, even with talent, even with a QB, even in a shit division.
I don;t think any one knows who Joe Judge is which makes the hire neither good nor bad.
I think Mike McCarthy is a lower meh hire, and I don't like the Panthers hire much. The Ron Rivera hire though is hiring a 2x coach of the year.
The hit is one thing, i mean it's football and people are nasty. I'm a philly fan.. I yell out "KILL THAT FUCKER" at least 5 times a game.
But him going and taunting philly fans in the stadium after the game, taunting them to a reporter afterwards.. that's a real bad look. The fact he doesn't understand that he was getting hate because his dirty hit took our franchise quarterback out of the game for like the 10th fucking time.
I would have thrown a brick at that cocksucker real quick. The fuck he thinks he is?
I don't like that shit at all. I was omega-triggered
Because so many ex-pats staff members do good as HC. lol.
Curious to see how the coaching thing will play out. I would've been cool with Wink Martindale or Eric Bieniemy but don't know much about Joe Judge. Seems like a conceptually good hire but no idea how it'll actually play out.
I don't know too much about Matt Rhule but the Panthers almost certainly downgraded. A bit annoyed the Skins were smart enough to get Rivera. Not sure how I feel about McCarthy to the Cowboys. He's definitely an upgrade on what they had and was once considered one of the better coaches in the league, but he did manage to break an offense containing Aaron Rodgers. And he does fall into the camp (admittedly the majority of coaches do) of guys who throw really stupid challenge flags
lmao:

Love Matt Rhule (I'm a Temple Grad), just always a mystery about a college coach going to NFL. Hate that the cowboys got rid of Garrett for McCarthy (simply because I think it makes Dallas much better). The Giants new coach is a bit of a mystery. Only 2 Belicheck disciples have winning records as Head Coaches, but who knows the guy seems to be a no nonsense smart guy and NYG definitely has talent on the roster.
Wonder why Rivera went to Washington. He had the pick of the litter, could have gone anywhere.
So the XFL extra points will work like this. No kicking at all. You can try I play from the 2 yard line for 1 point, from the 3 yard line for 2 points or from the 10 yard for 3 points.
I think it’s fucking brilliant.
Everyone should go for 3 in that system tbh
Except the 3 point play will practically be a guaranteed pass. Everyone defense will have 3 down and everyone else off the line in coverage. It’s just one play. I think the 3 point play will be very low success rate.
I think analytics will likely show that the 3 yard 2-point conversion would be best. It's only one extra yard from the 1 point play so the success rate can't be THAT much lower. So your expected value will almost certainly go up. Twice as many points x more than half as likely = better value
