I think the craziest thing in week 1 is the Jaguars and Redskins both won. Thought for sure they'd be among the 5 worst teams in the NFL, and they beat pretty good on paper teams in the Colts and Eagles too.

Weird we are almost to the end of the first half of the Giants game and Blud (I assume 0) has more rushing yards than Saquon (-6) right now.

Yeah he’s locked in. Still can’t believe we stopped Cam at the end. Honestly thought he was going to walk in.
It was too predictable. Should have done a pop up pass like the series prior. Hell of a game though. I was impressed about what Cam was able to do despite our defense being torched lol.

I know this is early, but I hope we secure him for longer. I was pretty excited to see how McDaniels and the master mind would game plan for him. He has a nice chip on his shoulder this year, so I hope he is able to stay injury free.

Hard to believe only 4 minutes left and Lamar has yet to pass the 100 yard passing mark. Crazy how bad the Ravens have been this game compared to what was expected.
That game moved Lamar Jackson outside of my top 5 QBs
I honestly only had him there based largely on the success from last year, and even then I was skeptical and tempted to put other guys like Dak ahead of him (but I do hate the Cowboys). He didn't play anything like an MVP last night. In my opinion his game is far too predicated on running and the Ravens simply are not built to come from behind. So they look dominant when they win in blowouts and close games, but the games they lose are kinda ugly. Compare to the Chiefs who erased a 20+ point deficit last year in the playoffs and made short work of a 50 burger afterwards. Sure, the Chiefs are also just obviously better (and the best set of weapons in the league too, sure), but their QB has the ability to flip the game in a variety of gamescripts, whereas the Ravens can't afford to fall too far behind.
Mahomes, Wilson, Rodgers, Watson remain my top 4. In that order but really I'd have no problem swapping the first two. Prescott may be 5th. I may be higher on Watson than most but I think the gap between him and Mahomes is smaller than people think - he just got stuck with a worse supporting cast and coach
I think Josh Allen has to be on that list based on his performance this year. Incredibly impressed by him so far.
But fuck Wilson tho

Wilson is dialed in like nobody ever has been. 14 TDs in the first 3 games and his 1 interception bounced directly off the hands of a future HOF TE.
