Bdog has his head so far up Romo'a ass that he can't even see what's happening.
He'll figure it out sooner or later. Well, not sooner but eventually.
Serge eventually got over his braindead RGIII fandom.
I believe bdog can overcome his.
"Wentz is incredible."
"Prescott is really good."
TIL the NFL fans from TAO yester-year are gone and have molded into people ready to just about jump on any one's jock without them even completing a half, much less a quarter of the season yet.
I would take 2/3s of the league's current QBs over Dak Prescott and Wentz tbh.
Dak Prescott is playing just as good as Cody Kessler and Jacoby Brissett.
Oh shut up, Sano. Jesus. You're the one acting like an old man yelling at kids on his lawn.
Prescott has already shown pocket presence, a quick release, accuracy, escapability. He looks like he has what it takes, and there will be a quarterback controversy in Dallas whether you like it or not.
People are talking about Wentz because the Rams traded up and took Goff and right now he's not playing while Wentz and the Eagles are 3-0 and just completely destroyed the Steelers. And Wentz does look good, by the way.
Why in the fuck wouldn't Cowboys fans, Eagles fans, you or anyone else be excited about these guys.
I always fuck with Bdog about Romo. Part of it is a joke, and part is that he really is in denial I think about Romo's health, future and also that he has something exciting in Prescott. If it bothers you so much I'll start fucking with you about him instead.
Quit being such a prick.
Well...
No one is saying they are surefire HOFers, just that they look promising so far.
A good start is extremely important and often plays a very large part in the rest of a player's career. Just look at Wilson vs Luck and see that the circumstance plays a huge role. (Not a knock on Wilson at all, but his poise was groomed in his first few years when it wasn't all on him, whereas Luck has been pressing since day 1). I think my point is just that these two rookie QBs have stumbled into excellent situations. Dak Prescott routinely has 5 seconds to throw the ball because of the maulers up front and the threat of the run game. I can't say I see the same type of offensive talent around Wentz, but Philly has been making QBs look excellent for a long time now. It's a good place to be for a QB.
I think if he was drafted by the Browns we would see something similar to what's happening with Luck, except he would probably have even less success.
Woo I won the pickem this week thanks to my Eagles pick! Gotten 9 games every week. At least I'm consistent haha.
RIP JJ Watt
I wish I could go back on the old threads and see how many of you hyped up or played down Kaepernick. I'm not being a prick, I'm stating my opinion just like you are on a player in the NFL. If it bothers you so much then I guess I'll continue to be a prick somehow.
Sans Darren Sproles destroying every ankle that belong to the Pittsburgh Steelers defense on his 73 yard scamper, Carson Wentz would have a stat line of 22/30 for 228 Yards and a TD. What a world beater.
Stat line against a solid defense that belonged to the Bears was 21/34 for 190 yards and a TD. World beater.
22/37 for 278 against an abysmal Browns team.
You guys keep blowing off Wentz and I'll maintain my skepticism of him and Prescott.
Mic drop off a 0 INT line? Lol... And you want to applaud his ability to change plays at the line? Every QB is expected to do that, and does, at the NFL level. Hell they do it in college.
I guess Brian Hoyer and Sam Bradford are amazing too for not throwing INTs. Or I guess 5+ TDs and 1 INT (4 QBs), 6-7 TDs and 2 INTs (2 QBS) aren't your cup of tea either. I'll take a 3:1 TD:INT ratio with a QB who makes the defense fear them than a game manager, especially in what is unanimously considered a passing league first.
Couldn't disagree with you more. Bradford wasn't even allowed to call audibles under Chip Kelly. There's plenty of QBs who may attempt to, but don't do it well. Hoyer and Bradford have started (combined) the same amount of games as Wentz... College game is so different it's not even comparable. Hell Wentz is coming from a FCS school. Have you watched any of the Eagles games? Watch him move around the pocket. He always makes the right play.
Lol.
I definitely want to go on the record as saying I always thought Kaep sucked
idk guys KAP isn't that bad
Bradford wasn't allowed because Chip Kelly is a control freak. Basically doesn't do anything or hold any relation to Carson Wentz. You said plenty of QBs can't audible but don't bother naming any of the plenty, probably because outside maybe like 3 starting QBs everyone does it as good or better. You say watch his pocket prescence is proof of his ability whens hes played against the bears, browns and steelers...all of whom lack on defense.
Pretty done with this though. Your Wentz blinders are incredibly thick. No point in continuing the discussion after this.
Only teams that have shit QB options are like SF, and CLE everyone else at least has someone that has wildcard talent at least [or multiple options with potential].
I'd argue Bears, Jets and Rams don't fit that category. Unless you're counting Goff, but we can't tell that yet.
Cutler is an avg QB, but he's not leading a team to playoffs when he can't even win over a locker room. Waste of talent imo.
Jets.....well Fitzpatrick is a bum.
Cutler has been to the playoffs before though and won a game iirc. I think he gets too much hate - I mean he has a lot of issues but to say hes on the level of Gabbert or Fitzpatrick is kinda silly. I agree Rams should def be on the list though
and his wife is bangin
fwiw, stat comparing, Cutler is virtually the same as Fitzpatrick.

Yeah Cutler is hot garbage. I would stop watching Chiefs games if he was the Chiefs QB.
NEVER FORGET.
Also there are some dogs with fleas that have won a SB. Dilfer, Brad Johnson, Hostetler, Namath (seriously, it's bullshit that he is in the HOF) and hell even Pey just last year but overall Peyton was a great QB so he doesn't belong in a group with those 4 turds.

Would not even stick in the league today..........
You're absolutely right, Gyps.
Anyone have a good site for knock off stitched NFL/NHL jerseys?
I used to use tarajersey.com, but they've been shut down for a while.
No, I won't pay $200 for a Wentz jersey
Sano got some cheap ones in Korea, I'm pretty sure
that is awesome, and perfect timing for me financially. Please keep me in the loop, i have paypal or whatever you guys need as far as payment.
www.aliexpress.com
20-40...gotta love china
gonna order today.
Have to count Goff he was this years first overall pick. The Rams can't address the QB when the one the invested everything into hasn't played a regular season snap.
Cutler and Fitzpatrick can lead a team to a wildcard berth I think that's kinda a given.
While this may sound like a troll against mantis (it really isnt) why does Cincy look so bad this year? Or at least just meh looking? I know they lost some people but still.
