Also I'm sick of the eagles worship.
Wentz didn't look great without Peters against the 49ers, who dak and zeke absolutely blew up.
If the eagles lose to Denver going into their bye(von miller + no peters?)and Dallas wins against kc in Dallas (back to back losses) and at Atlanta (just snapped a 3 game losing streak, barely, against the jets), then Dallas will be 6-3 going into the eagles matchup and they'll be 6-2.
We are strong where they are weak (our pass rush vs. Halobfhwiskabsuau Vaitai, beasley/witten in the middle of their defense that's missing hicks). Fuckin Orlando scandrick basically carried the defense outside of the line. Hopefully it starts a streak of good play from him like before he had his rash of injuries, and his nasty attitude spreads to the rest of the secondary. I think it'll be a good game
Eagles would be 7-2 (they already have 7 wins).
Sorry that's what I meant, with the intent that if Dallas won they would have the same record afterwards
If losing an all-pro left tackle had no immediate impact on the QB, especially the 2nd year QB who was just starting to look comfortable and get hot, you’d have to ask if the tackle is even worth paying.
I doubt Jason Peters comes cheap.
It’s been one game, and they won. Give Wentz a chance to adjust.
bdog sounds salty
Very high in sodium.
I read the post by Hugh about LT and thought it was about Duane Brown being traded to the Seahawks and was confused why all his statements were wrong until I came to the name Jason Peters.
Duane Brown is potential game changer for the Seahawks season.
Seahawks traded for Duane Brown. I love it.
Right now I think our left tackle is a converted sheet rocker.
EDIT- Ninja Hulky strikes again!
Holy shit Jimmy g!
I'm glad we played the 49ers before this, but sad the eagles didn't, but even more sad it's waivers and I can't pick up Jimmy before anyone else sees this
Also I'm calling it now: Dallas dominates Kansas city
Zeke suspended
fun trade deadline, 2 big trades. Love the deal seattle made, also niners got a potential franchise quarterback for a 2nd round pick. They can prob trade #1 pick now and get a huge haul.
Good thing the Broncos have a shit QB.
Chiefs missing so many studs on defense to injury it's sad.
Ajayi on the Eagles now. A bit strange since they already have a bruiser
He’s faster than Blount, and a lot younger. Fuck.
I'm not complaining
He's trash. Eagles are playing themselves and robbing themselves of draft capital.
That's because ...
HE IS!

A cowboys fan who knows his shit too, outside of a few stat-inflating games last year, he wasn't good. He averaged less than 4ypc for 7 out of 16 games, including 4 games under 3ypc. Do I expect him to be that bad with philly's line? No. But I don't think he brings anything you didn't already have with Smallwood and Blount.
blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
Eagles added more depth. End of story. Get over it.
Ranked 33 by football outsiders compared to Blount's 12...yeah that's some deep depth all right
Love what SF is doing. Been thinking since vegas I'll root for them. Still Raider fan, but team 1.5 will be ;9ers for local
don't, be, so, salty, Hulky
*sorry, forgot to put my commas in
I've been triggered too many times to count by this thread in the last few days
Just gonna throw my SB prediction out there
Seahawks vs Steelers
I am not predicting a winner as of now
lol
Seahawks just got a huge upgrade with Duane Brown, but I would still be rather surprised if they made it. That might change depending on how they look in the coming weeks.
Eagles look good, Zeke will be back in time, Falcons might even get it back together.
Without Zeke, I'm not sure the Cowboys can make the playoffs. Next 3 weeks are tough, Chiefs, @Falcons, Eagles. That could be 3 Ls right there if the running game struggles. Chargers, Redskins, @Giants are obviously winnable. But let's say the Cowboys go 3-3 without Zeke, and are 7-6 when he comes back. Last 3 are @Raiders, Seahawks, @Eagles. Woof. And then you're hoping 10 wins is enough. And the Cowboys would lose head-to-head tiebreaker against Rams and Packers if we're fighting for a wildcard spot.
538 currently predicts the Cowboys to go 9-7, and that's just an ELO rating formula, has no way to incorporate the loss of Zeke. I know we like to talk about the Cowboys line and how anyone could run behind it, but Zeke is a special back, and there has to be some dropoff there. Maybe we run well enough against the Chiefs, but @Falcons will be tough, and the Eagles run defense is nasty. And the less the Cowboys run the ball, the more pressure it puts on our defense, and that's where things start to go bad for this team.
The Falcons are not a good football team. This reminds me of when they went 13-3 in 2012 or so and everyone expected them to be good again the next year but they weren't. Granted they were better last year than 2012 but their OC is downright atrocious and they still have issues on defense.
The Saints and Panthers are both better. New Orleans is winning that division in my eyes.
I don't see the Cowboys making it either. Their defense is still bad, even if the pass rush isn't. Dak is very good but none of his weapons are. Dez, Beasley, and Witten are all overrated at this point in time. Terrance Williams is just bad. Zeke is a beast but they might even miss the playoffs now that hes suspended again.
Philly is obviously the #1 NFC (prolly overall) contender at this point in time. The real difference between them and Seattle is I trust Wilson more with the game on the line, and I trust Seattle's defensive backs. Granted they have absolutely no run game so we will see. Its just a prediction.
To be fair its all speculation. Falcons have the pieces to be good, Boys weapons may be overrated but still often win 1 on 1s, and Philly is the best team right now
Kelvin Benjamin to bills
Panthers: maybe if we take away ALL of cam's weapons...he'll get better??
Why would they trade Benjamin? What the fuck?
