Robert Kraft apparently arrested for trying to get some prostitution
The was the most random/best thing of the day.
god fucking dammit randy
the next Randy Gregory Josh Gordon red flag prospect that comes out is fucked
Who is drafted number 1 and why?
it keeps getting worse lmao
Nick Bosa or Kyler Murray is going number 1 I think.
Antonio Brown is a Raider :D
If they can get Le’Veon Bell too I could see the Raiders making some noise in the AFC West again.
Looks like Nick Bosa could fall to the Niners at #2. Let’s go.
Funny how the Raiders got a 1st rounder for Amari Cooper but were able to get AB for a 3rd and a 5th.
It almost makes you forget how stupid it was to trade away Khalil Mack.
you can't pay 2 people on a 52 man roster 50 million a year. it sucks that they had to get rid of mack but they got good value. Look at what they're doing in past 24 hours. putting AB and now a top OL. Watch them get Leveon and all of a sudden they can draft defense and won't suck.
Brown is also 30, they're paying him 50m over 3 years, and he's a cancer. Also isn't a good fit for the system
Cooper is 24, works better in the cowboys system, still on his rookie deal...
I guess you can say both sides won, but really Dallas won because the raiders will still go 6-10 with brown
Amari Cooper is on his 5th year getting $13,924,000 before hitting FA next year, Brown's getting an average of 2 mil more than that a year. Amari obviously wasn't the best fit in Gruden's system given how every week was either 20 yards or 100 yards. Brown could put up 100 yards a game with Landry Jones. This should be an upgrade over Cooper for the Raiders, but that doesn't mean Cooper won't be great for the Cowboys.
When the Raiders were legit good under Jon Gruden the WRs were 35+ year old Tim Brown and Jerry Rice. The good WRs Gruden has had have always been basically 30+ like Joey Galloway, Keenan McCardell, Antonio Bryant and although drama Keyshawn Johnson on the Bucs. With the Eagles pre-Raiders he had a 30+ year old WR too that was like 1200 yard type.
It's way harder finding a good young WR that has worked for Gruden.
Why do so many people want to go to Oakland all of a sudden?
Fuck you lex

LeVeon Bell is going to sign with the Raiders next so it'll be Antonio Brown, Trent Brown, LaMarcus Joyner and LeVeon Bell.
RIP Giants
also Browns... look... good?
Baker
Chubb Hunt and Duke
Odell, Landry
Njoku
not the worst line
Myles Garrett, Larry O, Sheldon Richardson, Olivier Vernon
DROY at CB
Give the browns a couple of more years to improve. Then we will talk.
Le’Veon Bell to the Jets. Hawt damn.
Yes I understand the age and money difference between Cooper and AB. The fact is that there had still been a massive production difference (particularly prior to the Cooper trade). I also think that trading for players not under long-term deals can be risky if you're not able to come to an agreement on a new deal. It's unlikely at this point, but imagine the Cowboys and Cooper couldn't agree on a deal and he ended up being released after trading a first round pick for him. I'm not saying it was a terrible trade for the Cowboys, since he's clearly been good. But in terms of relative value... I think a 2nd round pick would've been more "fair", or even the exact deal for AB (3rd and 5th).
Going past that... I'm very disappointed in this decision for the Giants.
Everything else made sense to me. I wasn't happy about letting Collins walk but he is a bit overrated. Vernon for Zeitler made sense. Letting Snacks go cleared up cap space that our previous GM had mismanaged by going all-in. I think a rebuild makes sense, since the roster is too thin at various positions.
Trading Odell though... no. Giants got a fair amount in return, but it's unlikely it'll amount to what he's worth. People say he's a distraction but I think the outside world is more distracted by him than the players in the locker room. I don't like the fact that our owner spoke out against him a couple times... very uncool. The drama Odell created has always been overdone by the media. Owners should stay out of that type of shit, particularly since he wasn't doing dumb shit like getting DUIs or beating women.
Odell did have the girl and cocaine thing right before he resigned
Yeah but Mara spoke out against him on other occasions, when he didn't do something like that.
Personally I think partying a little in the offseason is pretty harmless, but it is more warranted for an owner to say something I guess. It's still on a much lower tier than either DUIs or domestic violence which I mentioned
Did no one else other than the jets go after him?
Yeah it's a real tweet lol from Feb 1st
Digging the Tevin Coleman signing. Reuniting him with Shanahan can only mean good things are coming for Niners’ run game. Still skeptical about McKinnon making an impact...Breida is probably #2 on depth chart.
Wait San fran still as a team?

Welp you got Daniel Jones right lololol
RIP bludz
Kinda in the middle on the Jets pick. There's 2 ways to look at it from a football perspective though.
Obviously, you want to maximize talent across the board, but the Jets needs of OLB, CB, OL have to be addressed eventually. And in this case, the opportunity presented itself with both Williams and Josh Allen being on the board who were both expected to be somewhere in the 3-7 range. I feel like Allen would of been a far better pick with Gregg Williams there, as he not only can provide outside pressure but is athletic enough to drop back into the flats, which is what they were originally PLANNING before Anthony Barr decided to pussy out. That being said though, with the pick of Williams, the Jets are most likely gonna go 4-3, otherwise you're essentially blowing your first round pick on a "rotation" with another first round pick, which is just stupid planning on draft night.
So now you're the Jets, and you're running 4-3, with a weak CB core, no edge rushers, and OLB weakness, and when you look at your schedule, that 4-3 with shaky coverage, is just asking the Browns, Eagles, Patriots, Falcons, Ravens, and Steelers to just go "Yeah, no" and dink and dunk / outside run you the entire game.
It's either gonna work out spectacularly, or be a nuclear explosion on defense. No middle ground here lol.
rip
That Duke QB taken so early. Lol.

Manning's TD record is going down this year to Brees and Brady and the Brees/Brady race for record and who retires first (or gets retired with an injury) is going to be crazy. Can you imagine the hype of being neck and neck for that record, then meeting in the Superbowl?
But Fuck Brady tho?
Never been a huge Brees fan. Maybe if he was on another team.
OH MY FUCKING GOD
A kid from my home town, who's dad was my favorite teacher, just signed to the Eagles.
I am beyond words. This is the most exciting thing
I have a HUGE amount of home town pride... and you all know my Eagles pride. I kind of don' tknow what to do with myself
