let's get something cleared up: the nfl doesn't give a fuck if guys beat the shit out of their girlfriends. hell, goodell probably beats his wife. goodell was just fine with players getting concussions and CTE and offing themselves before it went public and there was backlash. goodell was just fine giving rice a slap on the wrist and not suspending brown at all (if i remember correctly)before their cases publicly blew up and there was backlash.
