Things like # of possessions matter. A big 12 game generally has a fair bit more on average than an SEC game. Also check last bowl season. Big 12 was pretty solid.
Maryland's QB isn't even good. Texas just couldn't stop the run and basically conceded the pass. Lol.
Because it suits his argument. Also MD has a different QB this year and a non-offensive TD in this game.
